Heidi Molaison is the Director of Operations and an occupational therapist at Southern Physical Therapy Clinic and Southern Pediatric Therapy Clinic in Picayune, Mississippi. She was born and raised in Houma, Louisiana, and became a resident of Carriere, Mississippi in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana in August 2003.

Heidi has clinical experience in the areas of adult and pediatric outpatient rehabilitation, adult inpatient rehabilitation, adult acute rehabilitation, adult home health services, and neonatal intensive care unit services. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and an LSVT BIG certified therapist. Heidi is well-rounded in treating both adults and pediatrics and enjoys treating patients across the lifespan.

She especially enjoys working with children who are experiencing difficulties with developmental delays, delayed motor milestones, fine and gross motor coordination, torticollis, and neurological deficits and injuries and with adults who are experiencing neurological difficulties and generalized deconditioning.

She became an occupational therapist to make an impact in people’s day-to-day lives by addressing difficulties that are significant and unique to her patients and hopes to impact the community by providing occupational therapy services that improve the quality of life for the residents of the surrounding areas.

Heidi enjoys Southern Physical Therapy Clinic and Southern Pediatric Therapy Clinic because they provide a family-like culture where the emphasis is centered on building relationships with both patients and coworkers. Outside of the clinic, Heidi enjoys spending her time with her spouse Marc, and their three children. She is also a member of the local community band.
