Amber Hickman is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Southern Physical Therapy Clinic. She currently lives in Pearl River, LA with her daughter and significant other, but she is originally from Chalmette, LA

Amber obtained her PTA certification from Delgado Community College in July of 2018. She enjoys working with lower extremity impairments, total joint replacements, and sports-related injuries. Amber enjoys working at Southern Physical Therapy Clinic because of the coworkers who strive to impact each patient’s plan of care personally while also getting to know each patient who comes into the clinic.

Amber’s favorite quote is “You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it.”

When she is not treating patients in the clinic she owns and runs her children’s boutique named after her daughter Oakley, it’s called Sweet Southern Oak Children’s Clothing and Bamboo!
